How many times have you heard of a Bible toting preacher being shot by the FBI twenty one times in a raid?  Perhaps not too many.

Maybe you could recall two born-again evangelists being wanted for selling stolen goods and for swearing allegiance to a terrorist…Baptist pastor?

It’s possible you know a United Methodist who raises funds for terrorists in his living room?

If your moral equivalence meter strains hard enough, could you recall some Pentecostal preacher sometime deciding to shoot up a US Army base and murder as many American soldiers as he can?  No?  What’s wrong with you?  Aren’t you tolerant?

See, if you were tolerant, you could immediately manufacture incidents in history whereby Christians could instantly portend just as much social threat as the violent jihadists of Dearborn, Michigan.  Dearborn, by the way, is what all of the above Islamic Jihadist activities have in common.

And while the Caliphate of Dearbornistan sinks beneath the waves, our ever vigilant President is ready to defend us!  He just sent in the FBI, DHS, and ATF to protect us from the big Michigan threat.  Real, honest to goodness, black helicopters!  It’s like, a first use ever!

Except for one minor point of order.  Obama “deemed” that guys who wanted to protect Christians from jihad, with arms if necessary, were more dangerous than the Dearborn, Michigan, jihad itself.

The Barack sent federal agents to roll up the armed American citizen militia who are outraged at all the jihadists who are swarming Michigan.  That’s right, instead of sending huge masses of federal troops to roll up the rural terrorist training camps, he sent federal police to imprison the citizen militias who are determined to defend the American countryside from the encroaching Islamist Jihad.

People love to fight about and get exercised over whether Obama is, in fact, a Muslim.  The functional answer is, does he behave as one?  Does he love or hate the jihadist movement?  Does he coddle and assist the movement that is trying to destroy the United States of America?  Does he assault or protect its friends?

It is a queasy juxtaposition:  Obama passes a forcible takeover of the American health system which includes death-panel counseling and criminal penalties for failure to comply, and his very next action is to send in the federales to bust anti-Jihad militias in the middle-west.  Goood Morning Michianaaaaa!

It’s a replay of the Clintons, really;  Hillary Care plus the Branch Davidians.  One pauses to reflect whether one’s church is BATF approved?

The only difference here is that Bill Clinton was a bumbling philanderer who couldn’t pull it off, and Obama is a starkly cynical operator, cool and collected, able to destroy you and still win the praise of white suburban women.

Makes you feel all safe and secure, doesn’t it?

Yes, every soccer Mom can rest assured that despite Islamists training in rural camps across America for, “rocket launchers, mortars, and explosives, as well as… in kidnapping, the murder of hostages, sabotage, and subversive operations.”  Obama has lept in to protect a HAMAS linked group and punish some hunting buddies who trained to fight off the jihadists.

I don’t know much about the Hutaree, but I know now that liberals will turn themselves inside out with ecstacy now that there is an opportunity – or the appearance  -  for moral equivalence.  Regardless of the facts which come in, no more facts shall be necessary.  All I have to say is it’s no surprise that our jihadist president is attacking people who state that they want to defend American from the jihad.  Hutaree may, or may not, be good actors.  We will find out over time. But we clearly know Obama’s priorities because we have seen them before.

They are the priorities of a totalitarian.
